We aim to serve the community by providing an education of the highest quality within the context of Christian belief and practice. We encourage an understanding of the meaning and significance of faith and we promote Christian values.
For all the Christian celebrations, the children take part in collective worship at the church. We welcome parents to join us in worship at some of these services.
We have daily acts of Collective Worship in school. This is consistent with the faith and practice of the Church of England. We also celebrate our multi-faith heritage and endeavour to instil values of tolerance and acceptance in our children and we welcome children from all faiths and backgrounds into our school – whilst our Worship remains Christian in nature, our RE encompasses other religions and faiths.
Parents do have the right to withdraw children from Collective Worship if they wish.
